Designed by HowCurious? Ltd in collaboration with The Reading Rooms in the UK, this non-edible limited edition pin is part of the Family Collection. Dreamt up by sisters Sophie (HowCurious? Ltd) and Laura (The Reading Rooms & Bean and Baked), this pin will be the first in a collection of three pins which aims to raise money for St Giles Hospice. The hospice cared for their beloved Dad in his final days (as well as both of Sophie's in-laws), and they have worked closely with the fundraising team at St Giles to provide this collection.
It costs £10 million to deliver the care St Giles Hospice provide each year and there is a growing need for their services. They're here for us because we're here for them. Only a third of their running costs are provided by the NHS so they rely on the generosity of the community to help them deliver their care. £3 from the sale of every pin will go towards these running costs, and delivery is also included in the price.
Although very different brands, each pin will be designed with Laura's and Sophie's customers in mind, after all, who doesn't love cake? The next designs will be released over the coming months. Thank you so much for your support.
Delivery is included in the price. We dispatch via Royal Mail First Class Delivery or via courier (such as Hermes). In normal circumstances we expect your order to be delivered to your door within two to four working days of order. If you have ordered a pin with a brownies by post order, it should fit through your letterbox. We have taken care to ensure that our brownies and packaging fit through a standard sized UK letterbox which prevents the need for the lucky recipient missing the delivery and being left with a ‘We Missed You’ card! A standard UK letterbox is 254mm x 38mm and our boxes are 230mm x 165mm x 22mm - slightly extra with a pin.
